What have you done for your body this week? I have been working my way back into the gym since my surgery 💪🏻it has been a little bit of an emotional rollercoaster for me but I’m starting to feel stronger and more capable every day 😊 I hope you are taking care of your physical and mental health so that you can kick life’s butt with greater ferocity 🦁 (**Ill be sending out a new red light room to your DM’s this evening** 😌)

2022-11-15 21:09:25 +0000 UTC View PostI made it to week three postop and I’m so ready to get back to regular life in a few more weeks... I have regained my full range of motion back! I just don’t have any strength in my right arm🙃 but the doctor said at four weeks I would be allowed to add in cable pulls 🙌🏻 so I look forward to being able to update you next week on my strength levels😊 I don’t feel any of the pain that I used to feel before my surgery. I do have new pain that my doctor assures me is pain from healing because they had to drill in the bone and clean off a lot of tissue😅 he says that most of it will subside as my healing continues🤓 I hope this answers some questions for those of you who have been asking😊 Thank you for all the kind words in my comment sections and all of the awesome messages of support! **To those of you still tipping on posts, and purchasing Content.. I can’t thank you enough** 🥹 **I wouldn’t have been able to take time out of work to get my arm fixed heal properly without your support** 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I can get fully dressed and do a lot more of my self care routine now 😊 very slowly.. but at least I can do it 😅🙌🏻 luckily I have Someone to help me with my hair.. because I sure can’t do anything with it 😅🙃
