Iβve been consistently working out for almost 2 decades now π€―π³ (These are almost 6 yrs old!)
For me working out was first a way to build confidence and self esteem. It then became part of my perceive identity and value (leading to body dysmorphia). Since then itβs saved my life and helped me through many depressing times...
I now really view my fitness as an outlet for my emotions, training for my mind as well as therapy and love for my body β€οΈ

A dream I have been working towards... ππ
Aaaand the first test run for working remote was a success!!!
Lessons I learned:
1) find a gym membership for extended stays
2) pack or ship protein bars/powder/supplements to destination (itβs not easy to find and buy!)
3) bring ear plugs π
4) bring one good water bottle and one good thermos with lids
5) find multiple WiFi locations at your destination, always good to have a back up in case one router is down!
