Solid pump on delts, bis and tris. I posted a vid of my rope pulldowns and how I do them. 3x12 heavy then 3 dropsets. If you watch the drop sets, you'll see they get more slow and controlled each time the weight goes lower, but im still hitting failure each time.

Checked in today down a pound and a half ro 239.6lbs. Part of me wonders if I actually look like this or if im just really good at placing my phone on top of the hand dryers and that's what makes me look big in these pics.

This is just to give you an idea of what I do monday mornings. I weigh my self fasted and take certain pics for my check in with my coach. Setting timer on phone camera then running to where I need to stand isnt efficient, so I take the pictures with my mouth lol.

One of my redditors requested a foot pic on christmas AFTER just sending me money i never asked for, so i felt like I had to get in the christmas spirit for him. So this was just sitting in my camera roll and I figured I'd throw it up here. Fun fact, this redditor in probably march offered me money for a foot pic back when I only posted my gym pics, before the OF. That foot pic was my first transaction for anything.

Today was back day and I wasn't sure if I wanted to post my back. I've mentioned before this summer that I started taking a low dose of accutane to clear up what was on it. And it's done a great job for the most part but left some discoloration that will clear up over time. But what the hell, you've seen everything else and this pic even surprised me. So I'll introduce you to my back.

Arm day complete. For 242lbs im happy that I can still see some definition. A lot of people asking me about my arm routine so I put one of my movements as a vid on the last of this set. Cable bar curls. I do 3x12 heavy then 3 drop sets getting slower and more controlled each drop set. Pretty much burn them out with the 3x12 then really fail on the drops going slower and more controlled. This is pretty much my routine for all bi and tri cable exercises.
