Yes yes I know I was supposed to take care of myself. My trips are about to end and I'm back to a healthy diet. For what it's worth I ate 2 casseroles yesterday and they were 30cm each. Plus a beer and my tummy looked pregnant. Phew, the dress barely held up.

You may be slightly surprised at my appearance. I kept my diet and lost weight until a trip to the seaside where I indulged in delicacies without restriction. I'm currently +6.5kg and I can't stop munching. It's very addictive. I know I should lose weight for health reasons but it's very hard for me. When I gained weight so quickly now I got a large amount of stretch marks. I didn't think my body would crack so much and my belly would grow so much. I made a video for you today showing my current figure and I was tempted to drink almost 3 litres of melted ice cream with milk.
