Breath work isn't given it's due diligence in a lot of classes, but there is so much benefit to linking breath to movement - the core principle of vinyasa. We inhale to create space and length in our bodies, we exhale to fold and strengthen. These principles guide our movement, reaffirm our connection with our bodies, and invite in mindful awareness of ourselves 🙏💖🕉️

There's nothing wrong with falling out a few times, it just means you're challenging yourself! But it does help to have soft carpet under you, just in case 😉
