How i do my Make up... (Its not perfect and i am still learning myself but i hope it help)
Step 1) I Shave, wash and clean my face first. Then, i take my foundation and my makeup sponge.
Step 2) I dip my foundation over my face and spread it out even.
Step 3) I use Mascara on my Eyelashes
Step 4) I draw a winged line with my eyeliner (check my pictures) You can practice that
Step 5) I sometimes also aply eyeshadow
Step 6) I Aply blush on my face, you can google where on your face you should aply blush it depends on your face structure
Foundation -> Mascara -> Eyeliner -> Eyeshadow -> Blush
Foundation tip : Find a color thats 1 tone lighter then your skin, this helps if you need to cover beard shadow.

Update on my sissy life :
I've Quit my job 9 weeks ago. When i did, they told me i need to stay atleast 10 more weeks, thats what my contract says. To give them a chance to find someone else. So i did that.
