A bad Monday, could just lead to an entirely bad week, and nobody wants that! See, for a lot of people, Monday marks the beginning of a work week. The starting point for a kind of āback to businessā routine that sets you up mentally for the rest of the work weekā¦ With that in mind, I think itās important to acknowledge and utilize the wisdom of an age old saying: Breakfast, the MOST important meal of the day! Why donāt we use this Monday as a chance to test that theory? And I canāt think of a better breakfast to start your day, than my very hot, very sweaty soles! Bon appetite ā¤ļø
