Pasta! Not super made from scratch but still easy and healthy: Boil some water, add salt and cook pasta for 10 minutes. Meanwhile dice 2 red peppers, 1 onion with 1 pound diced chicken meatballs (pre cooked kind). Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper, basil, red pepper and parsley. Sauté the whole lot in a large pan with olive oil until onions are translucent and protein browns a little. Drain pasta and add to pan. Open a jar of store-bought marinara and dump it in too. Add a couple of tbsp of the salted pasta water if sauce is too thick. Stir through and heat on low. Serve with Parmesan (fresh grated or store bought refrigerated: none of that shelf-stable dusty shit.)
