Why is it important to have a rest day during the week? ๐ฏ Today is my rest day which means no training. I usually just do a fasted cardio and start my day. Itโs important to have a rest day because you donโt want to lead it to muscle fatigue which this means that doing too much exercise during the week and not having a rest day will deplete your glycogen levels. ๐ When you have a rest day, you allow your muscles to replenish those glycogen levels and youโre preparing them for your next killer workouts during the week!๐ช๐ฝ Mission accomplished!
