I know a lot if people are sick right now or not well emotionally which is sad:( but taking time for you is important! Self care and indulge in the stuff that makes you feel good. Practice positive self talk and reflection! Honestly, journaling can be an amazing way to reflect, make goals and hold yourself accountable. It’s okay to not always be doing okay as long as you’re always trying your best!
